Working with architects, contractors, and property owners, he coordinates renovations, capital improvements, and long-term estate operations for architecturally significant homes.
Alberto Cortes
Director of Projects & Operations
Alberto leads the day-to-day execution of the firm’s construction, property, and estate operations. He coordinates contractors, vendors, tenants, budgets, schedules, documentation, and ongoing maintenance while guiding projects from initial planning through completion. Serving as the central point of accountability across each engagement, he ensures decisions are carried through and properties continue to operate effectively over the long term.
